Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To request a return, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order by email at info@mumuxu.com.
Please include:
- Order number
- Name and address
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Photos (required for damaged/defective items)
Items must be returned:
- In original condition
- Unused and unaltered
- With original packaging
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or any customization/alteration done after delivery.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- We will provide return instructions (and shipping label if applicable)
- You must send the item to the address provided
⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- A 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Timeline
- Refund processing: within 7–10 business days after approval
- Bank processing time: may take additional time depending on your provider

Exchanges / Store Credit
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
