Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To request a return, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order by email at info@mumuxu.com.

Please include:

• Order number
• Name and address
• Product details
• Reason for return
• Photos (required for damaged/defective items)

Items must be returned:

• In original condition
• Unused and unaltered
• With original packaging

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or any customization/alteration done after delivery.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

• We will provide return instructions (and shipping label if applicable)
• You must send the item to the address provided

⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• A 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Timeline

• Refund processing: within 7–10 business days after approval
• Bank processing time: may take additional time depending on your provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@mumuxu.com.

Exchanges / Store Credit

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• Replacement of the product
• Store credit for future purchases
